Shipping + Returns
Customers can make secure payments online with Secure Squarespace Checkout via Credit Card or Paypal. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer flat $12 AUD delivery for all around Australia.
Orders placed before 3pm each business day are packed and sent the same day. We use Australia Post which is usually delivers within 2 - 5 business day with tracking in the Australia post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 5-7 days.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post. Please visit www.auspost.com.au/track to track your order.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local Australia Post.
All International countries are a flat delivery rate of $30 for registered international shipping for items weighing 0 - 500gms and $50 for registered international shipping for items weighing 500gms - 1kg+
International orders are sent with Australia Post. You can track your order online at www.auspost.com.au/track
Estimated international delivery time is 1-3 weeks for standard international delivery, or 7-10 days for express international shipping.
All full priced items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Sale items or items purchased using a discount code can not be returned.
We offer free return shipping for exchanged items. You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us and we will cover the postage to send the new item back to you. If you wish to return an item you must contact us with your order number, full name and email address.
· All shoes must be returned unmarked, without signs of wear or tear and in their original, undamaged shoe box or original packaging.
· Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in same condition as sent to you.

Online Store Credit
Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer or a full refund depending on the condition of the item returned.
Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock for exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as an Online Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.
Please note – free return delivery is not available for our sale items, international customers, or for multiple returns (exchanges after the first return).
Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the shoes you purchase from us.
We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
